The guys at Nova Autos did a great job on my Nana's car, with short notice they were able to do a WOF, oil and oil filter change and she was back on the road after a couple of hours.

Awesome. Was recommended to take my car to Steve after it failed its warrant. Asked him to fix the things it failed on and made a couple of minor adjustments to the clutch and handbrake at no extra cost. Did the WOF at my requst. Very friendly guy. Will recommend him definitely.

1st visit (7 June 17)
Very friendly and professional. We popped to have our oil checked, got it done with a breeze. Will come again.
2nd visit (5 December 17)
1. Asked to top up oil and "Check" for everything that may need fixing in the beginning.
At the end, was given an invoice without any explanation. Had to ask what has been done since it included extra charges for the jobs which i was not made aware of. No good.
2. Asked in the beginning how long it would take to finish the job. Given an estimate of 20 mins. ended up 45 minutes. was not given an apology or at least made aware of during the process. Bad.
Disappointed. Was hoping this would be a honest and respectful business. Seems like just another shaddy mechanic
