Great design, quality and service. Well worth the premium price. I much prefer to buy quality items that last years than to have to re-buy "cheaper" products.

Really impressed by the range of different couches. There is often a sale, so I would recommend you buy when they are on sale price because these pieces can get pretty pricy otherwise. Also note that they make the furniture to order (unless you buy floor stock), so you can choose your own fabrics but you will have to wait bout 3 months for the piece to arrive.

Delivery experience is crap. We ordered 4 items and were told in store that they'd try and deliver them together to save money.

The reality is very different. We've been told that regardless of when they are delivered they charge by size. So even if its better for the environment, better for them to do one delivery, it's the same price to us. Feels like either they have a rubbish delivery contract or they really don't like looking after customers who buy a lot from them. And I'm not talking $10 delivery either.. I'm talking 100s of dollars.
