Visited 12/03/19 to shop for a new line trimmer. On most visits a staff member will approach to ask if I need help. On this particular occasion the staff member was very willing to spend 10+ minutes with me discussing options, which I appreciated as it was a big ticket purchase for me.

This is a massive store with a really big range. This is the place I would recommend coming for your day shop - they will have everything you need.

Good range of products that are usually easy to find. Staff could be more helpful when you ask and bother you less when you don't ask! Think their herb and veg seedling punnets should be cheaper.

I came here yesterday looking for gardening supplies for my little cacti.

As soon as I got here I was greeted by a staff member at the door who asked me if was looking for anything in particular. This was great at the store is huge.

When I got to looking for potting mix another staff member helped me choose the right stuff for what I was looking for and the lady at check out was really friendly.

Whatever you are giving your staff, keep doing it because it was the best customer service I've received in a long time.

The range of products and price are also worth a positive mention.

This is a nice store to shop in. Great for picking up absolutely any type of DIY product you need. I also purchased a Pizza oven from them which had a fault but when I went back they were very good and even came to my home and repaired it for me while I was at work so that I didn’t have to lug it back to the store. It has been an amazing purchase! I have used it much more than I ever imagined. It’s way better than a BBQ. I also find the garden centre has some good finds and some products are cheaper than Bunnings, like the hose reel I bought recently so it’s really worth comparing their prices.
