Visited the café at Mitre 10 Mega store in Mt Wellington on the 14th August. Though the coffee was good, for the size of the little thick walled cup, it was over priced. Very disappointing.

I was told by an employee pushing a forklift to move out of the way. When I did so slowly as I am 38 weeks pregnant, he hit my 2 year old daughters trolley with the forklift and said "Yeah better not mess with me."
A week on I have had no response from the stores team manager after following up with them several times.

Great store, had the items I needed which I couldn’t find in my local store in Manukau
Staff were helpful and went out of their way to help
Bit of a journey to get there but worth the effort
Will definitely use again

Big store with a great variety of products for your DIY needs and more. Especially like the bbq and outdoor area, roll on SUMMER!
