      I like visiting Mitre 10 mega but the last 2x i have gone to get keys cut there always seems to be an issue got my 3 keys cut and when we went to use them they didnt fit they didnt look anything like the original.Went back to get replaced we waited for 30 mins because they cut the same key wrong twice while I waited all because the template keys were not in the correct place. Yesterday I went and got another key cut and the guy had gone to get a 2nd opinion on my key as i explained my last visit. After 5 mins he goes to start on my key only to realise he had given the other worker my key so had to go and find him and my key. Then finally get to the checkout and I have to wait for 2 mins for a supervisor to come and enter some code so i can get the promo buy 2 get 3rd free. What a hassle.Despite all of this the staff are very friendly but I dont think I will get my keys cut there again.
