      All I can say is that my life has changed so much since I started this meditation. I've been able to let go of the heavy burdens I had in my mind by simply following the method. I used to complain about my life a lot and tried to seek happiness in material things. When that happiness didn't last long, it made me feel worse - more worried and anxious. As I meditated I realized that those things that had caused pain and trouble in my mind actually came from me.
