McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

Food was good and was not a very long wait. Staff was more focused on speed rather than service. Restaurant was very clean.

Had a great experience in this spot with my kid. The food came rapidly and the customer service is just good. Prices are reasonable.

Had to rush to this McD for a drink at around 2 pm, as it was really hot outside. But as always their 'shaker machine' and 'ice cream dispenser' was broken and this not an isolated incident, most of the times these are broken maybe no one cares to fix these. Also, Sylvia park food court is crowded making it tough for someone to have a quiet peaceful snack.

Good Service, fast and friendly. Fresh food and drinks also good..Good restaurant in a good location. Recommended drinks frozen Mcfloat.

Parking difficult at the moment as building going on behind them. Not many inside & temp is really cold. They need to turn the air con up a bit. tables could do with a clean & staff could easily be spared to do a clean
