McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

This is the one on the corner where there's a really busy intersection. They had a revamp and changed location (to a new building built basically next door) so it’s in much better condition than it used to be (especially since it’s soft serve machine at the previous premise seemed to be permanently on the fritz). I still prefer the one on Lunn Ave as it’s a much quieter carpark and so much easier to get into; with being right by such a busy intersection the Mt Wellington one is okay to get into if you’re heading towards Sylvia Park but a pain to get into if you're heading away from Sylvia Park (or heading towards Pakuranga or Glen Innes).

The inside is very spacious and I like the amount of tables available etc.. clean and tidy aswell. like how they have done abit of a revamp to the area since my last visit

Clean restaurant with modern interior. Plenty of seats available and easy to order either at the counter or the kiosk.

Not clean enough inside the shop seats when it is in the busy time. McDonald's standand should be higher even in the rush hour. Anyway, we prefer to that it has sufficient parking lots. BTW, their staff are friendly and helpful basically.

Yuck. Went on a Sunday at 12pm, it wasn't even that busy at the time but the inside was filthy. Food all over the floors, not just in one spot, it was everywhere. Half the tables had not been cleared, covered in rubbish and the whole time I was there no-one came to clean them. We left as soon as possible and will never go back. Beware.
