McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

I always loved McDonald's food more than other fast food restaurants. My all-time favourite is a mcchicken. Always loved the atmosphere in every shop.

This was the first McDonald's I've ever been to! Was soo filthy! When I told the manager the toilets were filthy she sent someone to have a look and the y came back to say it was clean and said I was lying! There was crap and toilet paper all over the women's toilet floor. The service from the staff was a nightmare! All young and clearly had no customer service skills. Quite upsetting considering it's a family restaurant. I recommend going elsewhere.

I love McDonalds but this branch wasn't very clean and got our order wrong. It was very busy though.

I laid a complaint 5 months ago and yet to have received a reply to my complaint. Customer service not all but a handful of workers are rude and get orders wrong but turn the blame on us like we were the ones in the kitchen. Have to debate like we're in court just to get them to realize they got our order wrong
