Such a fast paced mcdonalds. Drive thru times are never long, food is always great and cooked well, fries are always hot and orders are never wrong. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Every time I’ve been here I’ve waited for so long in the drive through. The staff are not overly friendly either. I’d prefer Mc Donald’s Takanini. Much better service there!

The staff here are the worst I’ve met in general. They cut you off before you finish ordering almost always. Sundaes (when it’s working) is a soft serve in a cone. They give so much attitude if they get your order wrong. Just stopped going there. Worth the extra 10 minutes to go to the next closest one.

I don't know what would have happened if Mc D wasn't there. Papatoetoe Mc D is always busy but full of energy. Cheap n best junk food for nzlnders. Staff, they are quick
