McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

One of the fastest McDonald's I've been to very friendly lady on the drive through.

Food is served fresh and hot unlike other McDonalds in the area where the fries etc are often cold. Great location in the heart of Takanini town making it very accessible. This store can get very busy as it has recently been uplifted to make it look new and exciting so very popular amongst the adults unfortunately no playground for the kids though which is a bit disappointing.

The staff here are the worst I’ve met in general. They cut you off before you finish ordering almost always. Sundaes (when it’s working) is a soft serve in a cone. They give so much attitude if they get your order wrong. Just stopped going there. Worth the extra 10 minutes to go to the next closest one.

Staff seem bored and the food is average at best, quite sloppily made. I would recommend driving a bit further to anther McDonalds.

Every time I’ve been here I’ve waited for so long in the drive through. The staff are not overly friendly either. I’d prefer Mc Donald’s Takanini. Much better service there!
