Poor customer service. Advertise best prices and price match but when you try to get a price match they take a long time to reply and then say they have to do more checks. For one item they actually changed the price after my request and then told me they were selling it for the same price - so no price match deal (which is supposed to include free shipping if you find it cheaper). When I tried to follow up with screenshot showing the original more expensive price - no reply. Had been a long term customer but have order what I need from Viking Kayaks for a much cheaper price.

Excellent service - ordered in the afternoon and received the goods the next morning before 9.30AM! Good communication throughout - order confirmation/ tracking info provided. I'm really happy with this business!
