Luxury Nails

One of my favourite parlours. Always greeted immediately and asked what services I am there for. The staff here are friendly and professional. They are also very casual, and have general conversation with the clients which is great as it makes you feel comfortable.

Ok for what you pay for. They are one of the better "mall" salons I have been to. I had a few really good acrylic sets done here with a great finish.. But I have had some pretty average ones too. After awhile I decided not to go back due to the inconsistent results. Most of the staff are very friendly and the salon is always clean and tidy.

Terrible service. They are rough to start with but to top it off they have unhygenic practices (not changing gloves between clients etc) and the staff are incredibly rude.

Terrible customer service and rude! I just asked for fiver fingers SNS to be removed and she wouldn’t even stay five minutes later than closing time! I showed up five minutes before closing with an emergency! How rude?! Even when i offered to pay extra! Who leaves someone with half their nails off! I’ll never go back and never recommend

Went and got a backfill done, result were pretty average but slightly better than I was expecting for mall parlour. I dont like how the staff intentionally speak a different language, its like their talking about you.
