good service however product purchased was found faulty. the sales staff were helpful and offered to replace product. for now i have returned 2 of the led lights and kept 2 to see if the product quality is good.

Good store with a huge selection of lights, a must visit destination for any one renovation as they have a huge range of hanging or fitted lights, but if you are looking for desk lamp they also have a good selection though some special pieces are a bit pricy. The store is on great north road so the parking is off street.

Great service from this shop. I emailed to ask about stock. I went in a day later and even though the sale came to an end, they still gave me the lamps at the sale price. Gave me good advice and information.

One lighting shop is much the same as the next, in my view, but what sets this New Lynn store apart is the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. I've been using this shop for over 10 years and although staff come and go, those core values remain constant.
