Always an amazing day out. Fantastic displays of marine life. The sharks & stingrays are the best. Given it's pretty much New Zealand's only significant Marine attraction it's well priced.

Ok to.take kids but shame they dont have the penguin ride anymore, very expensive for what it is.

Really enjoy this aquarium and they have interactive stations for children to enjoy including touching starfish!! The stingrays are beautiful and shark dive is available if you are into this type of thing. There is a large amount of sea creatures and fish.

You can't visit or live in Auckland and not go to Kelly Tarlton's - there's so much to see and do, you can definitely make an afternoon of it!

I would say this aquarium is overpriced. I took my niece here and enjoyed every bit of it. There were lots of sea creatures to look at. My favourite was the penguins they were very cute. I like the way the aquarium is set up and they have a cool play area for the kids to play at. The cafe though wasn’t great they hardly had any food available, they only had water left. It was so beautiful to watch the sea creatures swim by whilst walking under the glass tunnels.
