Good city cafe, the interior is simple, but the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and there is a draft beer

We've been going to Kaurilands Fish and Chips since we moved to Titirangi five years ago and still think it's one of the best in the area. Service is always prompt and efficient, the husband and wife (?) team behind the counter are always friendly and welcoming and - most importantly - the fish and chips are always spot on. We have and will continue to sample other items on the menu such as the hot dogs, hamburger, spring and curry rolls, dim sum as well as the deep fried mars bar plus prawns and wontons, though the F&C's are consistently the stand out item. And the owners often give a small lollipop to the kids - a nice touch and part of their service with a smile!
