a great clean and tidy store with super friendly staff. got myself another jacket which was a great deal. Wanted a particular jacket that was on clearance and the staff tried their best to track down the jacket for me. was very happy.

I have been to this store few times and I always found it understaffed. I was looking for hiking shoes and had to wait for quite a while to get help. Also while buying the shoes I asked them about the return policy. I was told that I can return them within the certain amount of days if I change my mind. However, once I decided to return it, I found out that they can only exchange it for another product. If I knew that at the very beginning, I would have thought about it better.
Also, I find their business hours way too short. I had to go there during my lunch break at work because after I finish work they are already closed.
On the other hand, the staff is quite friendly and it usually has good deals on items.

The clothing is very stylish and of a high standard. Staff were very helpful and patient with me.
