I've only ever bough one jacket from Kathmandu because that's all I've ever needed! I wear it all the time and it's super warm while keeping me dry. They sell great quality stuff.

Very expensive. But this is the store for good quality hiking, outside clothing that'll last you a long time.

Fantastic store with heaps of stock - they have two levels with friendly staff on each. They offer really good advice too on particular products and compare them for you. Sale rack for accessories by the counter has some really good deals so definitely worth checking out just before your purchase. I got a great water bottle from here with charcoal filter and it works really well
