Love the wedding photos they took for us, very good customer services, highly recommend

Well the are really unprofessional and they have a lack of communication amoung cilents and staff. I would not recommend this place.

I Strongly Recommand this place if you have lots and lots of Time and Money to spare. Ohh and don't forget patience.

Recently I had my passport photo taken there (you may say this is wedding photography shop, well they said they do them) The staff had absolutly no communication between each other and to the customers.
At first they said it takes about half an hour over the phone, then an hour when we arrived then 2.5 hour After taking the photo when I specifically told them I am in hurry. I ended up waiting 4 hours because no one gave me the call to confirm available to pick up, of course they said they will give me the ring once the photos are ready, I had to call and ask.
The price is ridiculous as well and photos are the same quality as any pharmacy passport photos (did I mention the photographer wasn't even sure about the photo requirements) I regret using JIS Image Studio.

If you cannot deliver the service, please let the customers know and do not waste other peoples precious time.

ruined our wedding photos. We didnt end up getting everything we paid for. In the end we took them to tribunal and won.

Have had mixed messages about these guys but found that it all worked out for our simple shoot - probably wouldn't use again for any important events tbh.
