Normally, I deal with Ideal Health through their healthyonline website, and any order I place is dealt with on the day and sent to me, by courier. Their customer service staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The owner, a Naturopath with many years experience, is always available to take your call. It may be a small shop, but it has a huge range of quality products. Occasionally, I venture down to Auckland, and when I do, I call into Ideal Health. They have moved from their Glenfield store, into new premises in Rosedale Road but the friendly service is unchanged.
