Ideal Electrical Suppliers

I made a very bad customer experience today. I was going to find a lightning solution for a customer and have been asking for the "Phillips Hue range " of wifi operated bulbs. The first salesperson does not no what it was. Then a second female sales person find the bulb. It was a package of three for around 280 Dollar and the single bulb was around 70 Dollar. From my opinion it was a logical attempt to question the fact why 3 single items should be much cheaper then a package of three because i wanted to buy some more of them for a project.. But the very rough and unfriendly answer from the member of stuff was only that i should know what item i want to buy. Customer service looks different and you should do some more effort.
