If I could give it no stars, I would have. Horrible coloring, left my mum's hair fried and patchy, the sides of her head were totally different. The customer service was okay after they deleted my bad review on Facebook. Offered to fix her hair, however, once at the salon, they treated her horribly and even inferred she was a liar and that she 'didn't understand' what a toner was despite having had them for 20 odd years. Would not recommend coming here because it would be the biggest mistake of your hairs life.
