Bit of a rude guy I wanted to know what time he closed and when I said on the yellow pages it said 5:30pm he got all snooty, so mate I went some where else as they seem to know how to speak to a customer and you missed out on what would have been a nice sale for you

Totally unaware of what customer service is. Once the sale is made he has little interest in follow up service and I was told to go elsewhere by B & S to get my problem sorted. I don't like to rubbish anyone but in this case it is justified and this person shouldn't be in business. If I didn't have to rate he would have no stars.
