      Couldn't be more impressed with this business. Took a pair of boots in to have the heel's re-resoled and it was done for me in 10 minutes for a reasonable price. I have also used this business in the past to have a pair of boots taken in that were too big around the calf area. This tricky job was done so skillfully and I was extremely happy with the workmanship.

      Awful service. Store-person was extremely rude to me and tried to rush me, completely dismissive of my questions, then walked away, ignoring me, and resumed working while saying he was "flat out" while citing his 1000's of happy customers. Obviously this business does not have time for any new customers, so don't bother with these clowns.
