We stayed here recently when we went to the U2 concert. They were fantastic, gave us great advice about public transport and the room and service couldn't be faulted.

Stayed here for a business trip for one night. Location was perfect and the lobby was very nice. The room however was a bit dated (old carpet, scratches on wall), no easy access to a plug socket by the bed either. In general, it all needs a lick of paint but not bad for one night.

Really nice hotel at the central city. The we had was very tidy and clean with good decor, I really think the morning buffet breakfast was one of the best in Auckland, last time I think I ate almost a Kg or smoke salmon with toast and scrambled eggs!
