Herdman Shoes

Today I went into the Albany Mall Store with my ageing mother to have the two shop assistance show little to no interest in helping her out with trying on shoes and getting the correct size she needed. I even had to ask for one of the retail staff for assistance as they were just standing there doing nothing as we struggled to try on the incorrect shoe size. If it wasnt for my mum liking the shoes I would not of spend a cent in this shop. Herdman Shoes you need to improve on the training your staff in at least this Albany store.
