I have just started using Liposomal vitamin c after reading an article about it. I couldn't find it in the supermaket, but i found it here. The salesperson was very helpful with showing me the two different ones they had and recommended the right one. Happy with service.

I started buying Avocado pills from here for my mum's knees and she is finding them very helpful. The lady suggested to start off slow and building them up which was great advice. The pills are quite expensive but will totally be worth it if they work.
