We booked this hotel for our recent visit to Auckland as it was a good price and had good reviews. We were absolutely thrilled we chose it. It was perfect. Car-park was easy to find. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everything was professional and well organised. I emailed a few queries before arriving and they responded almost immediately each time. The room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Totally recommend to all, and would definitely stay there again.
