Very difficult to get a hd of these guys. They are in a very busy season but they communication is just not on. The guy who came to quote us was about 20 minutes late and was obviously very busy. However, he didn't seem comfortable answering our questions because he was just so busy. I waited a week for the quote and didn't hear anything, which would have been fine except the company didn't answer phone calls or an email asking when I could expect the quote to come though. The actual quote took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Can't get through to the company via their phone. Nobody picks up.
