Everything from the problems to the cost is explained to me so I understand it. Questions, no matter how stupid, are answered in professional yet friendly way. The services have always been quick, usually same day pick up and I have never felt like I'm being given the run around price wise. Car illiterate people, this is the mechanic for you!
