i wanted to bleach my hair but she suggested to highlight my hair it was 3 hours, had the chemical in my eye, my ears we're getting hot because of the chemical & at the end I end up having an orange & blonde zebra hair. I ask for a trim & she chop my hair off. i'll never come back again. they dont seemed qualify to do what they do.

Good at doing eyebrows. Have a specific lady who does it. Waiting time depends on how busy it is. Overall good for eyebrows and threading
