Giapo Ice Cream

AMAZING!!! So creative and decadent. On the expensive side but worth it for the experience

Ambience is nice but always crowded though due to their popularity. Service is excellent, we were served by a lady who was very friendly and energetic, all pleasant. She let us sample so many despite the line building up but she was onto it, she served customers while we tasted.

This place never fails to amaze me, it is truly an amazing experience. I say experience, not just icecream as its so much more than that! I don't want to give to much away but the staff there do an amazing job and really create an unique atmosphere. There icecreams are different from anywhere else and are so delicious, would definitely recommend the afghan flavour or giapo beuno as a personal favourite. Yes it is expensive but it is worth every dollar.

Christchurch hazelnut is a dream! Great (cheap) dessert in the city!!

We ordered the afghan cookies and the coconut choc chip. Both were AMAZING! 12/10. It was a bit messy to eat though... lets just say that the squawking seagulls enjoyed fighting over the dropped cornflake pieces and melted ice cream lol
