Gerome Restaurant

The terrace area is warm, comfortable, nicely lit with strings of lights. We were able to put up photos and play our own music through the system although it was a bit hard to hear with the acoustics of the room and would have been better with our own speaker.

I’m so glad to come this place. Food here not make me disappoint I love grilled prawn with whole shell. And butter milk pita bread is very delicious. And good drink menu here too. Service is nice and friendly very professional. I will come back again soon.

I had dinner at Gerome finally, having walked by a few times and I was immediately impressed by the service. The staff was super friendly and inviting and was taken aback by the elegance and styling of the restaurant itself. The black and cornflower blue accents of the booths and bar set amidst marbled effect cream colored walls was beautiful. It had an elevated evocation of modern Greek chic which continued through the place to the stunning bathrooms.

To begin, I ordered whole barbecued wild prawns with tyrokafteri, a red pepper sauce and this was exquisite. I also enjoyed a glass of Barossa Valley Shiraz. My main was barbecue pig with feijoa and kale. The feijoa was amazing however the pork was tough and the greens were loveless.

To close off with dessert, I adored my soy latte with the Greek yoghurt cheesecake with passionfruit, honey and vanilla. This was simply divine!

Overall, my dining experience was lovely, the service was wonderful and the food was mostly enjoyable, despite a poor choice in my main. I’d visit again to try more of the menu!

We loved the sharing themed menu, found it really reasonably priced for the quality and quantity and the staff were really brilliant!

The fancy and modern decor and service was fantastic. We ordered lamb souvlaki ?pork cheek and roast cauliflower for sharing. I love pork cheek taste soft and crispy. The price was acceptable. We will try dinner next time.
