Purchased some shoes that were on special from the Future Feet website, which were unfortunately out of stock when they went to pack my order. Their staff offered for me to choose another pair an get them for the same price that I’d paid, or else receive a refund. I was very happy with their service and chose a different pair. They also have free shipping for spending over $50, which I love.

I’ve always had such great customer service from Future Feet. Love the free courier & often order my daughter’s Bobux shoes from here as they generally have them discounted. They were also great when I needed to exchange a size.
