Fast and efficient service

Very disappointed with my experience with Freight Plus, my first and last. I paid for an extra service for my item to be packaged. They were also reminded at the pick up address to pack it appropriately. When I received it, it was poorly wrapped in pallet cling wrap, with parts exposed and also damaged. I requested to have a refund for poor packaging, however was told that their dispatch advised it was 'packed well' and declined my request. It will cost more than what I'm asking to be refunded, in order to fix my item. I also had to constantly follow up for updates when they were investigating what went wrong. On top of that, they claimed I said my item would be in a box, which is ridiculous and makes no sense - it this was the case why would I pay for packaging.
Lack of accountability, on top on my item NOT being adequately and appropriately packaged, time wasted on requesting follow ups, declined refund for a service they promised they would provide 'well', and overall lack of consideration and care for customers and their item - I will never return to your service, nor recommend you to anyone. I regret giving you my hard earned money! Do better!!
