The property management team are very thorough with their inspections and ensure the tenants and landlords maintain the property as per their respective obligations.

They are also very good with ensuring the right tenants are found and complete all necessary checks to ensure any risk is minimised from the outset. rents are always collected and paid to the landlord on time.
