I have been here for booking the tickers and to transfer money to international.Good staff,nice fairest and specials.

Yes, good on offering deals. Yes, good on noting details. Not good for either being slow on replying or sending no email for notification. Could be busier or don't know if they care or not.

Good staff members and very good airfares and specials. But you have to self check for meals and bassinet for infants as the staff member failed to provide that.

I know they are quite good and competitive. We all know that they have few branches within Auckland too but just a tad unhappy with this particular branch. Lot of times they were either phoned or emailed but barring once they never replied. That is very strange to come across too. Still they deserve their stars for rating for offering nice pricing on tickets and tours etc but only if they were more inclined towards replying more and doing a better job at that.

Last year I booked a flight with them. I purchased my tickets through an international credit card and Eco travels had a problem when booking the flight. My daughters ticket was booked and paid and my one wasn't. It took 2 days to resolve the matter. They booked my tickets next day, however the person who took my booking didn't tell me that he wasn't coming to office next day. So when I try to contact him regarding the matter the reception girls told some nonsense, I had to spoke them firmly and then they directed me to the manager who at last resolved my booking.

However I recommend to go in person if you buy international tickets.
