Good staff members and very good airfares and specials. But you have to self check for meals and bassinet for infants as the staff member failed to provide that.

Last year I booked a flight with them. I purchased my tickets through an international credit card and Eco travels had a problem when booking the flight. My daughters ticket was booked and paid and my one wasn't. It took 2 days to resolve the matter. They booked my tickets next day, however the person who took my booking didn't tell me that he wasn't coming to office next day. So when I try to contact him regarding the matter the reception girls told some nonsense, I had to spoke them firmly and then they directed me to the manager who at last resolved my booking.

However I recommend to go in person if you buy international tickets.

Recently booked flight with them, they offered good fare, I felt their consultant are not very professional or experienced, they don't explain the terms and condition of the fare clearly, need to ask small bits
