Heard very good recommendation of this place. Want to visit this place. Good selections of wine.

We had an awesome dinning experience with friends there. The dish - beef tataki holds a special place in my heart - it may seem like a simple dish but it could be just easily overcook or undercook, or wasn’t sliced thin enough or the citrus and ginger infused vinegar sauce could be overpowered. Well, the dishes were as pleasing to the eyes as they are to the palate. Their beef tataki was the best I ever had in Auckland, and the tuna tartare was pretty good too. Great service and staffs have good knowledge of food and sake. Pretty stoked with the sake recommendations made by staff of the night. Will go back for sure.

Ebisu is worth the price, really high quality and fresh Japanese cuisine. If you're after something a bit cheaper, you can't go past the bento box, so tasty!

Our boss treated us here for a fancy team lunch. It was pricey in my opinion, portion wasn't too big. Food tastes fresh and delicious though. If I were to introduce a must-try dish, it will be the soft shell crab and thinly sliced beef steak.
