Utterly meticulous, great attention to details in all the dishes that were presented to us. The teriyaki chicken was voted by the kids the best chicken ever. Mine was the lobster and spanner crab dumplings and the Hokkaido seared scallops, to the extent that double portions had to be reordered as others helped themselves to it! Ambience of this place was relaxing.

Food was amazing. Greeted with a smile, food was outstanding and service was fantastic. Cant wait to go back

I’m getting the hang of this degustation dining, we had it sometime back in Masu now we are trying Ebisu, definitely there are much more to come, so watch this space as I want to try what is the best one in Auckland, but we have to do this slowly, first because it’s quite pricey at the same time we will get fat quick

This is a great place to enjoy a meal. Nice staff, good environment.The beef tataki were perfectly seared and thinly sliced. The sashimi with scallops and cucumber was delicate and fresh. The Salmon with skin crackling was just how I would want it, very tasty and perfectly cooked.Worth to try.I will definitely visit this place again.

We dined at Ebisu last night for a special occasion and had the Set Dinner menu: it was incredible. A large amount of food, spread out well over a decent amount of time, teamed with the matching Sake. Noah our waiter was so knowledgeable on Japanese Sake, he was outstanding. Would dine again!
