Rented a van for 2 hours. Returned it 15 mins late but due to system issue it was clocked as 17 mins late. Instead of charging us half an hour extra (when we were not even supposed to be charged extra), we got charged for 1 hour extra. Shocking customer service, don't think I will use their service again. If you are thinking about it, I definitely do not recommend.

Awesome service! My truck broke down while shifting 15/7/17 and, knowing they were around the corner, I went online, booked a van, was able to pick it up immediately, and the staff were friendly as which brought my stress levels right down! Thanks team at Eastern Rentals, superb work! Angie :)

Great place to hire all sorts of industrial vehicles. I used these guys twice and it is the more cost effective way to move a house. A word of advise, opt for the higher insurance vehicle coverage as the access is lower in an accident and if you hiring by the hour always work within their time limit. Vehicles are in Good Condition

We have used this company to move a few times and have used them rencetly. They are so fast and efficent with what they do and they make everything so much easier. They are reasonably priced and everything is explained before you leave with the keys. Would thoroughly recommend and will defineitly be using them in the future
