Doctors are overall pretty good and so are the nurses. The reception staff though lack people skills. Quite central location. Only issue is wait times can be quite long. Overall, a good place

very affordable medical services for non residents too, and if you register with them, tht gets even cheaper. The wait time varies with days and time of the day. Weekends are busier, weekend evenings are the best. Very friendly team of GPs too.

I have little to no faith in the large amount of doctors that come and go through here. However, the nurses are great. Always thorough, caring and professional. Clean doctors rooms and waiting room.

East Tamaki Health Care Glen Innes is quite central to suburbs like ellerslie otahuhu panmure etc, so I prefer visiting here for my GP. Had two back to back visits this week here due to illness, the clinic is spacious and also serves long hours till 8pm on weekdays, and wait time is okay around 30-40 minutes, the rates are okay, but I would definitely stress on getting a little better service from GP's at these clinics.

Have been using here fo ra number of years although not on a regular basis. Wait times can be up to an hour, (busy clinic) Doctors generally to the point howerver if you want a bit more indepth consultation you may be disappointed. That said I have gone in there and they have picked up on things and taken appropriate action. Some time feel the nurses lack people skills.
