Countdown Supermarkets

Lots of parking, store always fully stocked. Sometimes not many trolleys later in the day. Customer service is always great, long waits on some busy days.

Although after so many complaints with having such bad security they did fix this. How ever there are so many inexperienced night duty managers and if they are experienced they are not very capable as they do not know how to engage with people and, the staff are for ever CHEWING GUMMMM while they serve it looks vulgar. Not impressed it's really gross and not t mention there is not one Count down as yet that I have been to that monitors and manages the bin in the food in the bin in department is always so so stale and stinks and it sits for ever it's appalling no maintenance what so ever. Oh yes and, for some reason I have no idea but why do Countdowns always put the smoked chicken in with the RAW chicken. Come on Countdown get it together

Place has a wide variety of food. We can get all the essentials here. People assisting customers are really nice.

Like their new stamps reward but it takes a long time to accumulate enough stamps to redeem a container. Otherwise, good initiative by countdown.
