Helpful, friendly staff. Very nice products.

The store isn't laid out well I always struggle to locate items i buy regularly at this particular store. They often do not stock the particular products I want. The self checkout staff are also rude and unhelpful. They don't attend to people on a first come first served basis and when you ask for help, they often ignore you or treat you as if you are stupid.

Good location in the mall with parking right outside. Huge store but really struggled to figure out how it was laid out and where everything is as it was very different from other Countdowns I have visited. Staff were helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Plenty of self-service checkouts as was done pretty quickly one I found what I needed.

We often shop at the Glenfield Countdown and have always had a good experience. The staff are usually always friendly and store is well stocked and clean

I always enjoyed stopping here for my weekly top up. The store was always clean and tidy, and the staff were great to deal with.
