Countdown Supermarkets

They have recently renovated the store, good selection, friendly staff, nice and clean shop

I haven't been to this Countdown in few years and now I've moved closer, I go here on a regular basis. The Countdown looks much better than it used it and the layout is much easier to follow and find my groceries. The self serve makes it quick to go through without waiting in long lines. The only problem I had is that I couldn't reach some things and couldn't find someone available to help, also I had to wait a while for someone to come help when when there was an issue with the self serve computer.

New store is a definite improvement on the old store. Love how bright and inviting it is. Also like how there are more self service check outs now.

Good countdown, especially being in the mall so I can pop in when I’m doing other shopping. They have lots of unique products too. Only negative is when the rest of the mall is shut it can be hard to get in/out of countdown

I always like shopping at Countdown. The employees there are very friendly and have gone out of there way when I am looking for a certain products. Love that they got the new reusable bags for sale. They are of good quality. Large tidy and well presented store, lots of self check-outs for fast service, good prices.
