Love their products, almost all of my bags were purchased here. They're great quality and last for years even with daily use. However, the staff isn't very friendly. I was refused a refund my one staff member even though my receipt clearly stated it was returnable, she straight up lied to me and said they don't do refunds. I had to ask for the manager who was happy to return the item. Makes me very hesitant to shop at the st lukes location again.

A great store to purchase costume jewellery at cheaper prices. They also stock handbags, clutches, purses etc Very handy if you need accessories for a specific occasion. Have bought many items in this store and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.
