Love their products, almost all of my bags were purchased here. They're great quality and last for years even with daily use. However, the staff isn't very friendly. I was refused a refund my one staff member even though my receipt clearly stated it was returnable, she straight up lied to me and said they don't do refunds. I had to ask for the manager who was happy to return the item. Makes me very hesitant to shop at the st lukes location again.

Nice shops and have good options for Bags, Wallets and little bit of Jewellery. My mom and me use to go there for shopping. Nice options available and staff are also really helpful.

I came here the other day to have a browse for some bags. I did not enjoy my experience I ended up leaving the store without buying the bag I wanted. The reason why? Was because of that lady that served me she was very rude I I was asking her questions about the bag because I wanted to know more about the bag before I purchased it and she said not interested. She was so bubbly towards the other customers and I found her very rude I felt like she just didn’t wanna talk to me I’m not quite sure why I ended up leaving the store and not happy at all. The store was very clean and spacious though.
