Charlie & George Cafe

I love this cafe! It has the best meals- especially the ginger bread. The vibe is nice too.

Great location and great coffee. Food was good, just a little slow when they get busy.

Tried out Charlie & George following several referrals. Upon arriving, the cafe is very stylish looking and super busy on a Saturday. What was impressive is the cafe is dog friendly with al fresco dining.

I ordered their green feijoa smoothie which was underwhelming. Their espresso was very good and the vegetarian hash was very lovely however the super orange yellow scrambled egg was overwhelming, and repeat order worthy.

Whilst it was a wait for food, the friendly staff were upfront and disclosing about the anticipated wait. They weren't accomodating with modifying a dish however I could appreciate that given they were super busy, that could compromising.

Overall, I'd visit again only for takeaway coffee but did enjoy the initial experience.

Stonefields Little Secret If you're looking for a new breakfast, brunch, lunch spot, Charlie and George in Stonefields swing nd restaurants is definitely worth it. The beef and agria hash is superb!
