Tried out Charlie & George following several referrals. Upon arriving, the cafe is very stylish looking and super busy on a Saturday. What was impressive is the cafe is dog friendly with al fresco dining.
I ordered their green feijoa smoothie which was underwhelming. Their espresso was very good and the vegetarian hash was very lovely however the super orange yellow scrambled egg was overwhelming, and repeat order worthy.
Whilst it was a wait for food, the friendly staff were upfront and disclosing about the anticipated wait. They weren't accomodating with modifying a dish however I could appreciate that given they were super busy, that could compromising.
Overall, I'd visit again only for takeaway coffee but did enjoy the initial experience.

Great coffee. I really appreciate that they have cold brew available also. Good range of breakfasts on the menu

Recommended by a friend, a very cosy and busy cafe inside the tiny Stonefield Market. A fabulous place for brunch with fresh ingredients. Service was quick and friendly. A must-visit spot if in the Panmure/Stonefield area.
