I would give 0 stars if I could but this is not an option. Im not impressed at all with the service or the quality of the clean done on my car, on two separate occassions. I thought the 1st time was just bad luck, so went back again to give them another chance. NOPE! Just bad service. There were streaks all over my car, and my boot wasnt even vacuumed properly. A service that was only meant to take 30-45 mins, took over an hour, and I had a toddler with me. The boss (im assuming) started getting angry as my toddler was getting restless after an hour. Had it had taken the time I was advised it would take, that wouldnt have been an issue. Next time i'll just pay my $12 and go through a BP car wash, which gives better results.

Worst service from a car cleaning service in New Zealand.
Take every bad review here seriously because these people are all experiencing what I had gone through.

When entering the shop, I asked what is the cost to clean the car inside and outside, was told $45, went in paid for wash and a horrible coffee, my wife is walking the kids out on the street and she saw the sign on their driveway (inside & out cleaning $35 special today) she asked the owner why did we get charged $45, his reply, well, you didn’t ask for the special of the day, you asked for inside/outside clean.
THIS IS THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS. The most dishonest person I have ever met in my life. Seriously over $10 bucks, you lost a customer who used to come to you 2-3 times a week.

To add insult to injury, I come out to collect my car, it’s full of streaks, wheels are still dirty, and they did not collect any rubbish or empty cans from the car, they piled it all in the passenger's foot well. It was not worth the fight, I just left and took my car to the touchless BP automated car wash and it produced better results than hand washing it with these guys, that’s just a disgrace, you shouldn’t be taking money from people if you cannot wash cars mate. All these bad reviews and you are still not taking responsibility for your actions or try to better your service. You just don’t care.
Just do yourself and us a favor and shut your doors.
