Terrible service. The car was not clean at all. I paid 200 for super deluxe and seats cleaning and they did nothing. Do not go to this place . I won't go there again.

Was gifted a voucher for a full interior and exterior clean. They did a ok job. On finishing they parked car on main road so was unable to do full check over due to traffic coming off motorway. Found it to be very streaky, tyres weren't touched and hadn't been polished. Ignored when tried to make contact to fix.

Took my car for the very first time, paid $65.00 for clean a inside and out, vacuum and whatever else $65.00 dollars paid for. I was very happy with the clean, but they forgot to clean one of my little side windows, and the vacuuming of the boot could of been better as it still had dirt residue still on the carpet.
But overall they did a good enough job and needless to say I will be back. So nice to have a shiny clean car again!

Came back as everywhere else was busy but again job was not completed to the standard of others. they gave me a discount as i didnt raise the issue but feel that they need more experience or to spend a little more time on the cars.

Wanted a $20 exterior wash, wax and towel dry. Firstly I was charged $25 for the wash because apparently I own a 4x4. I have a 2wd Subaru Legacy, that is no larger than any other of the car getting charger standard rates. Secondly the wash took 55 minutes. The signboard at the entry said 10-20 mins. This was at 1pm on a Wednesday so not exactly peak time. I could see the car on the cctv and it sat around with nobody touching for the majority of time. Thirdly the wash quality was poor. The car can't of been towel dried as there were still drops of water and watermarks when I got it back. The little wax that was applied was streaky and I now have a few more scratches. I should not need to complain about these kind of things.
